This Truck was originally acquired in 2003 from a recreational park who purchased this truck along with 14 other brand new Land Rover's in 1961.  The truck had 48,000 miles prior to it's body off restoration which included complete paint, new rubber gaskets thru out, new tires & brakes, new battery and engine overhaul.  Upon it's completion in 2007 the current owner has put a Additonal 3000 miles on the vehicle and enjoyed the truck for what it is.  i.e. Used it as a truck!  This Land Rover has a 2286 cc (139.5 c.i.) 4 cylinder diesel with manual trans.  If you were to acquire a 61 Series II and tried to restore it to this level it would cost you significantly more than our asking price of $16,995  Interesting trades welcome.
